Customer Journey
Customer installs Baumen Loan from Google Play and completes digital onboarding.
RE assesses eligibility, KYC, and sanction in line with cooperative banking policy.
Funds flow directly between the borrower’s bank account and NHUCB — no LSP pass-through pool account.
Repayments, statements, and grievances routed per RE policy; LSP assists under RE supervision.
